Old classic hotel but everything in room functioned well. Staffs can communicate in english and very helpful. Walking distance to JR Kaihimmakuhari station, Makuhari Messe, Mitsui Outlet, Plena Shopping Mall. There are several konbini around; Lawson (inside the Mitsui Outlet complex), Mini Stop.

Very strategic location, have everything in walking distance. Extremely kind staff, very pleasant stay. Will help hold your luggage when arrive earlier than check in set time, and send straight in your room when room is ready. Can’t ask for better than this!

I lost my invoice, so called the hotel and the staff sent it again to my house kindly. Thank you so much! We need to keep learning your hospitality. If I have another stay, I’m going back again.

Location close to JR station and Plena Makuhari which has many access to various F&B. Additionally, hotel is directly opposite to the Premium Outlet which is convenient to shop as well.
